1. 運営者

本サイトは個人が非営利で運営しています。個人情報保護法第32条に基づき、運営者の氏名および住所は、下記連絡先へのご請求により遅滞なく回答します。

The site is operated by a private individual on a non-commercial basis. Under Art. 32 of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the operator's name and address are provided without delay on request to the contact below.

2. 取得する情報

• ハンドル名（ご自身で決めた表示名）
• 年齢帯（16歳未満／16歳以上の別のみ。生年月日は取得しません）
• 端末識別用トークンのハッシュ値（トークンそのものはお使いの端末のCookieにのみ保存されます）
• 同意の記録（同意した規約のバージョン、日時、IPアドレスのハッシュ値）
• 大会および対戦の記録（対戦相手、勝敗、大会名など）
• 任意でGoogleアカウントを連携した場合：Googleが発行する識別子と、通知を希望された場合のメールアドレス

本名、住所、電話番号、生年月日、支払情報は取得しません。IPアドレスはそのままの形では保存せず、復元できないハッシュ値としてのみ記録します。

We collect: your chosen handle; an age band only (under 16 / 16+, never a birth date); a hash of a device token; consent records including a hash of your IP address; match and tournament records; and, only if you choose to link it, a Google account identifier and optionally an email address for notifications. We do not collect your real name, address, phone number, date of birth or payment details. IP addresses are stored only as irreversible hashes.

3. 利用目的

• 利用者の識別と、同一の方の記録をまとめること
• 大会の運営、対戦記録・戦績・ランキングの表示
• 個人間対戦（チャレンジ）の運営 — ハンドル名・対戦結果・ダメージを対戦相手に表示し、両者の対戦履歴・統計に記録すること
• なりすまし、不正な結果報告、迷惑行為の防止
• お問い合わせへの対応、重要なお知らせの連絡

4. 第三者提供・委託

取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。広告配信や行動追跡のための情報提供も行いません。運営のために次の事業者のサービスを利用しています。

• Cloudflare, Inc.（ホスティング、データベース、不正アクセス対策のTurnstile）
• Google LLC（アカウント連携をご利用の場合のみ）

これらのサービスの性質上、情報は日本国外のサーバーで処理される場合があります。

We never sell or share your information, and run no advertising or behavioural tracking. We use Cloudflare (hosting, database, Turnstile anti-abuse) and, only if you link an account, Google. Data may be processed outside Japan as a result.

5. Cookie

本サイトが使用するCookieは次の2つだけです。解析用・広告用のCookieは使用していません。

• ct_dev：端末を識別するためのトークン。JavaScriptから読み取れない設定（HttpOnly）です。
• csrf：不正なリクエストを防ぐための使い捨ての値。

6. 保存期間

退会されるまで保存します。退会時はハンドル名を「退会済ユーザー」に置き換え、識別情報を消去します。対戦記録は、対戦相手の記録の整合性を保つため、匿名化したうえで残ります。

Data is kept until you delete your account. On deletion your handle becomes 退会済ユーザー and identifiers are erased; match records remain in anonymised form so opponents' records stay intact.

7. 16歳未満の方の情報

本サイトは16歳以上の方のみご利用いただけるため、16歳未満の方の個人情報は取得しません。16歳未満と判明した登録があった場合、当該情報は削除します。

Because the site is for users aged 16 and over, no personal data of anyone under 16 is knowingly collected. If a registration is found to belong to someone under 16, that data is deleted.

8. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求

ご自身の情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除をご請求いただけます。ログイン後の画面からご自身でデータの書き出しと退会を行えるほか、下記連絡先へのご連絡でも対応します。ご本人確認のため、登録時の端末からのご請求または連携済みアカウントからのご連絡をお願いする場合があります。

You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion. You can export your data and delete your account yourself once signed in, or contact us below. We may ask you to make the request from your registered device or linked account so we can confirm it is you.
